Master Planning Process
Discovery
Our process starts with multiple conversations to understand your vision. We want to understand the immediate need you are facing while simulatneously determining how to ensure solutions will continue to serve you well into your future projects.
Design
After the discover process, we will have a clear picture of what is required to create your Master Plan. We will begin by providing a bill of materials and a detailed system overview. During this step, we break out each phase of your integration. This design process is highly collaborative and we will explain each piece of technology and its relation to the overall solution.
Implement
Once the space is ready for our team to enter, we will get to work deploying the solution. We have experience working with architects, general contractors, and facility staff, so there is no need to worry about coordination and communication. Our goal is to provide a turnkey solution that meets the needs of your immediate problem, while prepping the system for future expansion.
Additionally, our team is skilled at helping our clients work within their budgets as their project evolves. We are more willing to assist, should assistance and guidance be needed during value engineering.
Support
“Comissioning” is our term for deploying your turnkey solution. Our team promises a successful launch by being on site for your first use after installation. At the end of the project, we provide one-on-on training, detailed system schematics, and warranty support for any equipment that could need immediate service in the future.
After comissioning, our support continues by phone, remote access, and on-site service calls. We will continue to assist in any warranty and repair work needed for the following calendar year. We also provide an optional maintence service retainer that includes routine maintence and regular service calls.
